At Windrush Valley Prep School & Nursery, we are proud of our exceptional track record – 97% of our Early Years children attain a Good Level of Development (GLD) – far surpassing both national and local results. To put this into context, the Department for Education has set a national target at 75%. The most recent national figure currently stands at 67.7%. Within the Oxfordshire the level is 69%.

Flexible Childcare Options

All 3 and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 funded hours per week, with eligible families able to access up to 30 hours.

 

Session Times:

Morning: 09:00–12:00
Afternoon: 12:00–15:00
Full Day: 09:00–15:00

Additional sessions and wrap-around care are available, including before school (08:00–09:00) and after school care (up to 18:00).

‘Wondertots’ 

Wondertots is our half termly stay and play sessions for ages 2-3 year olds. Wondertots is completely free of charge and is open to all families in the community. Children do not need to be enrolled in our Nursery to attend – everyone is welcome. Please complete the contact form below for more details.
