A Childcare Voucher Scheme provides savings for employers and employees, making it a popular, cost effective childcare payment scheme. As a parent, you simply swap part of your salary (salary sacrifice) for childcare vouchers. The amount sacrificed is exempt from tax and National Insurance Contributions.
