Easter Activity Week – 31st March – 4th April 2025

We are pleased to announce details of the Windrush Valley Prep School Easter Activity Week on Monday 31st March through to Friday 4th April.

This is open to all children in the school from Nursery to Year 6. Children attending Activity Days will need to bring a drinks bottle, a morning snack and a packed lunch each day and are not required to wear their school uniform. It’s going to be a fun and exciting week so we encourage as many children as possible to attend.

Agenda for the week

Monday – we will be discovering how a variety of countries around the world celebrate Easter.
Tuesday – will be fun sporting activities for everyone. The older children will have the chance to go swimming at Kingham Hill.
Wednesday – we will be heading off site to have a Disc Golf adventure at Charlbury.
Thursday – We will be making and hunting Easter Eggs (not all chocolate ones!).
Friday – we have Claire Bradshaw & Rachael Archer from Cotswold Stage School coming along for a day of singing & dancing.

How to book

Booking will be available from this weekend. To book go to the ‘Shop’ in ParentMail and select which day/s you would like your child/ren to attend, or add the full week to the basket and pay by your preferred method. Bookings via this method will be available until Monday 24th March. Any requests after this date should be made by contacting the school office.

The daily cost is £55 per day, and there is a discounted price of £250 if your child is booked in for the whole week.
